Cancellations
We strive to provide the best shopping experience, but we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy:
Order Cancellation:

Domestic Orders:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be considered but may be subject to cancellation fees, depending on the order status.

Custom or Personalized Orders:
- Custom orders or personalized pieces (including those with specific designs or engravings) cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please review your custom orders carefully before confirming.

International Orders:
- Cancellations for international orders must be made within 24 hours. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed for shipment.
Refunds for Canceled Orders:
- For cancellations made within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Cancellable Items:
- Custom-made jewelry, engraved items, or any products made specifically based on customer-provided designs are not eligible for cancellation or refunds once production has commenced.
